I was at a Dunkin at the Secaucus train station last night. There was a couple behind me speaking with sign language. I had assumed one was deaf, the other just knew how to sign. Well apparently they were both deaf. To order, the girl typed out her order on her phone and handed it to the guy to read. He had something to say back, so he typed it in her phone and showed her. I thought that was pretty cool, and must be so helpful for the deaf couple. I know she could just write it down or use some type of other little handheld thing that does that, but how convenient to just use your cellphone.

nickelodeon is rebranding. I think the new is cool, but I’m not sure it has the lure to kids like the old stuff.
